A 60-year-old man who was thrown into the air in celebration at his retirement party died after his colleagues failed to catch him and he fell to the floor.

Not that I don't feel bad for his widow and all, but, she was quoted as saying "No matter what I say he won't come back, but I want to find out why this happened."
