Some studies suggest avoiding foods with high fat, sugar, etc. will do the trick.
Some studies have even gone as far as suggesting one must exercise regularly in order to lose weight.
But, finally the New England Journal of Medicine, published an article by a Doctor/Professor from the Harvard School of Public Health suggesting something else. Incredibly they have finally revealed the answer to losing weight!
They say you have to EAT LESS!
I have to say, I never thought about that.
